Pedro Samper has been appointed director of culinary at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
He joins from The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, where he served as executive chef.
Samper brings more than 20 years of international culinary experience, having held senior roles at The Langham Hong Kong, The St Regis Kuala Lumpur, The St Regis Maldives and Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
