Lisa Jackson has been appointed general manager of The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat.
She joins the luxury wellness resort after senior leadership roles at Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas in Malaysia and Elewana Kilindi Zanzibar.
Jackson brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience across Africa and Asia, with expertise in resort operations, commercial performance, revenue strategy and guest experience.
